I'm sorry the shoe was uncomfortable. This was a brand new pair, is it possible that it needs a few wears to break in the shoe? Unfortunately, I could not have predicted the comfort of the shoe. Do you think you can change the rating due to the fact that shoe comfort is individual and was unpredictable on my part? I would like to make this experience positive for you and you can choose anything from my closet for the same price ($20) and I will give it to at no charge and ship it for free.
