Hi I’m sorry to hear the item you received was not 5/5 stars. I am sorry if the item was not very clean that is my fault. I also saw you said shipping time however the order was placed three days ago and you received it. Let me know if that’s something I could improve on because I thought I was generally fast. Thank you
