Good evening! I apologize that the skirt had an offensive odor to you 😬. The smell is actually from the community I live in, which is a cotton mill community. Most people can’t identify the smell as anything specific, but anyone who is familiar with the town call it “the Bemis smell”.

When I mail packages to friends, they tell me that they smell my town when they open the box. Most people consider it an odd fragrance, but not offensive. I try to compensate for the smell by washing all of my clothes with fabric scenting solutions and including a dryer sheet in the packaging. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and hate that the skirt did not meet your expectations.
