deastland70 @snr1955 hi! Welcome to PM! It’s in the sharing. When you share something from your own closet, it goes to the top. Once you have a few items listed, you can share to change the order. Also, I like to keep all the sold items at the bottom, so when something in the middle sells, I share everything below that point, so they go to the top. Mostly bc when I’m shopping, if I’m scrolling thru someone’s closet and hit a few Sold things, I usually do not scroll further. That’s just me.

deastland70 @snr1955 exactly. The last thing you share becomes the first thing in your closet. Added bonus, all your followers see the share. PM is very reciprocal. Share, share, share and follow and others will share your items and follow you. Then when something sells, ship it right away. PM says within two days, but they keep stats on all that stuff, your shares, your days to ship rate... good numbers there will serve you well. Happy Poshing! Stop by any time.

deastland70 @dndkelly This morning, using the app on my phone, with your closet open, i used the icon with the three little dots, at the top right side of your closet screen, and when it dropped down, i chose, "share this closet" and shared it on Pinterest. If i were a facebook or other platform sharer, i could have shared your whole closet on any of those platforms using that same icon.

deastland70 @dndkelly As a reminder - there are several functions that you HAVE to be on the app to do, rather than on your computer. I love sharing and shopping on a computer, logged in to the PM site. But there are features only designed to be used by the App. The three dot icon for "share this closet" might be one of those. So if ever you're struggling to find something, or try something. Try it in the app instead of your computer. Forgot to mention that. :-)

But I’m still a little confused...so when I open up one of your items and hit the share thingy button, I just tap “Share to my Followers”? And then do it over and over? Or send it to each individual follower? I’m sorry...I don’t want to bug you while you’re working. Respond at your convenience. How in da hells does you manage workin’ ‘n poshin’? I’m working 28 hours a day! (I added 4 more hours to my days, lol! ) and only have 56 listings.

(I hardly ever share things to individual followers unless i'm putting it in their personal bundle. That's a fairly new feature and not really my favorite.)

When I walked away from 25 year career in law, I went to work for Apple. I because it was paid training. Now I’m certified as an Apple Tech Advisor. I now know I need to use my iPad to do things I can’t do on the Mac. Okay. I’m sorry! I won’t bug you while you’re working. kgsouthbeach @deastland70 I shipped the dress timely and included a small gift (these little thingies you put on your bra so you can’t see it if you wear a razor-back top, etc.) and I wrapped it real pretty. The buyer bought the item without any questions. So I was a little stunned when she rated me and gave ONE STAR! It looks like she checked a box that says I could improve on items descriptions. kgsouthbeach @deastland70 I was wondering if you could look at the listing and tell me how I could improve on details because the buyer checked the box that said I could improve on item description. Also, how do you typically handle unhappy customers? I feel bad, but I gave the buyer a HUGE discount. Dress was listed at $40, I dropped it to $30, the buyer offered $20 & I accepted. I don’t want this to happen again, so what can I do to prevent it?

deastland70 @dndkelly that is a gorgeous dress and a great price. I would have never bought it without asking for measurements. “M” is just to vague. I think you were probably dealing with a new posh buyer. Always include measurements. Chest lying flat, armpit to armpit. Length. Etc. she should have asked knowing she could not return it.

I’m sorry for the one star rating, but shake it off. Include as much info about fit as you can. Everything was great. You’re doing great!

I did say it runs big cuz I wore it once when I was a size 12 and it was big on me. And actually, I dropped the price from $50 to $40 and she offered me $30 and o took it. The dress DID fit kind of weird, but o thought that was just me.

But she may be upset bc she has little to spend on clothes and she knows she should have asked more questions. I could “what if” it to death. I’d say go with your gut.

kgsouthbeach @deastland70 Awesome! She hasn’t been on (that I’m aware of) in a few days. She’s a frequent Posh buyer. She’s broad shouldered and was a size 12-14 but has gained a little weight. She likes skirts and dresses....things she can wear to church. I’ve got some stuff bundled for her and when I speak to her next, I’ll send her your way. I wish that Posh had a way to chat privately! Sometimes, you don’t want to throw things out there for the entire Poshworld to see.

kgsouthbeach @deastland70 Absolutely! My pleasure, really! And OMG! I too was a size 14-16 & my doc said I needed to lose weight. So, I changed my lifestyle & eating habits. I cut out all alcohol (except for the occasional glass of wine) & sodas. I used to drink about 4-6 cans of REGULAR Pepsi’s a day. I’m just over 5’ tall and weighed 160. I lost nearly a third of my body weight!

lovescats @deastland70 It rained and put the builder behind a day I was hoping they would be done yesterday evening but it didn’t happen they won’t finish till late today. In all that has been going on here I forgot to text you last nite. We also lost power and it hasn’t come on yet I need to call duke this morning and find out what’s going on. deastland70 @lovescats Aw... Brenda, put your mind at ease. I'm not thinking you're unappreciative at all! Stuff happens, it's no problem. We'll figure something out. I've had a couple slow weeks too, but had a good sale today. I have found that whenever i do the "30-minute" method, sales pick up. If i slack off of it, sales slow down. Search that on youtube - Poshmark 30 minute method. Try doing those things for a few days.
