rroyal79 @ghsmermaid Hello. I have an issue with the Betsey top you purchased from me. I noticed when I packaged it that it had a strange odor. I rewashed the top but the odor is still faintly there. I believe it is just the type of material but in good conscious I cant send out an questionable item. I can do one of two things.
