grs88 @plumleaf Congrats on your first sale! You should have also received a pre-paid shipping label to send the item to the buyer. Payment is released after the item has been delivered to the buyer and they confirm receipt and that it was not damaged. Until then, the funds will be listing in your "Pending Balance" and will be moved to "Redeemable Balance" once the buyer accepts the item.
