If YOU keep the black boots she will have paid for 'No ' boots. So the the black boots need to RE-SHIIPPED to the other buyer. But unfortunately the app will not permit any type of dialogue or words pertaining to mail. I reached out to posh support to intervene and hopefully send it to you in the email on file here. I even create a new ya hoo mail and resent it. did you get it . did you check your spam? I do apologize for the inconvenience this had brought on you.
