dldou14 Hi, I am sorry you are unhappy with the Chacos. They were purchased in new condition from an acquaintance and as they were the first ones I’ve ever had, I didn’t realize the straps had been altered. They appear to be the same as the stock photos which is confusing. If you would like to initiate a return with Poshmark, they should send you a prepaid return label and you will receive a refund of the purchase price. My sincere apologies!!
