Hi, Debbie, In the future it would be helpful if you'd contact the seller directly with issues instead of giving a low rating on items. A brand new pair of shorts with tags was delivered along with another pair of shorts with pictures and details. I'm not sure what the issue could have been, but I would have been happy to help.
