We check our clothing & items carefully for zippers, buttons, tears, stains, cleanliness, cracks, etc. We check all items carefully for ANY defects. Clothing & shoes packed in plastic bags sealed & then in the shipping box/bag. Clothing may come with minor wrinkles from packing, & any defects will be noted & pictured on all items. Please view all items and if you need more info let us know. Our items are usually in great condition and package with love and care. Also, please feel free to contact us with questions or more pictures if needed. We ship same business day or next in most cases. We are not responsible for slow delivery by the carrier.
