magnoliaofwaco @cocomaggie Hello, so obviously I’m new to this! Apparently they don’t support over 10lbs. They say we can pay over the price for additional shipping. Just to ship 10 lbs is $20 which means I give you my wall art for free then pay $20 more for shipping. I cannot do that. Do you have any ideas? Otherwise I will just have to remove this item. khardy911 Hi- you purchased my Tory Burch crossbody. I got a leather wipe to wipe it down before shipping and it appears somehow I wiped the leather off? Or I’m guess it was dyed in that spot on the flap previously. I’m sick over it. I am waiting on it to dry good to see it I’ve never had that Happen.you can cancel the order or I can purchase some leather dye for you or refund you twenty dollars? I feel awful please let me know.
