@tsommerf hi there, im reaching out to you, hoping you can answer my questions, as you know im new to poshmark, i sold some shoes and the buyer says item is not described, and the shoes were in excellent condtion, what if she did something to them and ruined them, what am i to do? my pics are on my closet, im just worried, hoping you can help! thanks

@debigal hi there, are they the Jeffrey Campbell shoes? It seems like you have very good pictures of them. Poshmark is very good at protecting the seller as well as the buyer on any flaws, always make sure that you take very good pictures and point out any flaws that may exist.

@debigal Poshmark will require that the purchaser provide them pictures of whatever they feel is or was not as described when they received the item. They will then make a determination and let you know. If they have notified you already I would make sure that you get back to them and give them any other information in rebuttal to any defects or may been in the item.
