angelbritton Deborah...I'm packing up the Rough Roses purse for you. I have to be honest as I've had it in my closet for about 1 year it seems I did not realize there was some normal wear, meaning some spots that may need to be cleaned such as on the handles. The purse other than that is in good condition and very clean inside except very small pen mark.

angelbritton @firefly146 definitely. I would do it myself with just a rag & a little soap on the outside but I'm not an expert. It's not really bad. I used to work in Chicago and don't anymore. I carried the purse for probably 3 months. Then it sat in my closet till now. The little dirt smudges not really noticeable from travelling. It is a beautiful well made purse. No defects at all except a smudges.

I looked on Google for you.. here are the steps: On the app: Step 1: Click on your Account Tab Step 2: Select My Sale Step 3: Select Problems/Order Inquiry Step 4: Select Cancel Order Step 5: Select reason for cancellation to cancel the order..
