Hi. I am so sorry. I thought I mailed your VB case--and I may have, but to the wrong person. :-/ I spent all day going through every bin I have, and I will continue the search in the morning, but I'm not sure what to do. I feel terrible. I've never had this happen before. :-(

I would like to make it up to you. Issue a refund, of course, if I cannot find the case tomorrow (and no one else gets in touch to say they received it), but is there another VB in my closet I could send you? You can pick any VB valued at $20 or less in my closet, and I'll send it to you at my expense. Will that work?

@jolene44 Yes, another customer received it. She said she'd mail it back if Posh had a way to do that free of charge. However, I *did* cancel the order you made through Posh and requested they issue a refund. That was a couple days ago, at least. Let me contact them and see what's going on. I would have imagined the refund would be instant.
