Hi Mrs Debra. The cardigan was never worn and the vintage sweater was worn once. They were not like that when sent. Did the box get wet in the weather?

@randomthingsbou Hello, the package was dry and in tact. The sweaters I received were matted/felted and quite warn (definitely worn more than 0-1 times, and the extensive felting would be caused by drying, not moisture). I have other sweaters like these (same era/genre and fiber content) that I've warn many times that are still in beautiful condition, soft and fluffy with no felting. What you've described above is definitely not accurate based on what I received.

@504deb I don’t know what to tell you. The vintage sweater was worn once many years ago and the cardigan was never worn. Sorry you aren’t happy. The pictures were posted and they were in excellent condition when they left here.

@randomthingsbou Hello ma'am, I left truthful, average feedback without any ill intent based on the items I received not being as described. My understanding is that my feedback was private to only you, for your information, to aid in improving the accuracy of your future listings. Since photos cannot necessarily capture felting on boucle, disclosing the damage in the description would have been warranted. I don't wish to pursue the issue or conversation further.
