Hello, I am really sorry but I do not have the item you purchased and had to cancel your order. I spent a long time looking for this item and found out that my little sister had unknowingly taken it and consequently lost it (she likes to get into the things I tell her not to touch, even when I put them in good place 😒) I’m so sorry again, you will receive 50% of anything in my shop if you purchase an item in the future plus freebies. Sorry to bother you! I just wanted to let you know that if you're seeing me send items to your dressing room, it's an accident. When I share my closet, its has a list of people that you recently talked to and if I'm sharing quickly, I will fat-finger and accidentally send items to closets. I really wish they would change that :/ Anyway, I'm not doing it on purpose! My apologies!

I agree, you should not have been charged the amount for an item thats quality is substandard. If possible, please forward to me a picture of the bracelet and the area where the silver is missing.
