Hi! When you like an item, to bookmark it, press the Like button. It is heart shaped. Then later, you can go to My Likes, which you will find if you press your closet name twice. Have fun!

Hi Deborah. (Nice name!) well, I am sorry that happened to you! If they don't ship, I believe posh will cancel the order. I am not sure if they will do that automatically, but I think so. Meanwhile, I would contact Posh support and ask them to cancel because it never came and seller didn't answer your inquiries. How many days has it been?

Oh, go to your purchases first, and see if it says cancelled. Then you won't need to contact Posh.

It still says order status "in process." It hasn't been terribly long. I ordered it Sept 7, but I had asked a question about the item prior and never received a response, so am wondering if they do not check this website. I put a different order in the day after and it is already arriving today. @peacehopelove

It was from a different seller, and no, it was a single item (pair of basketball shoes). I will probably give them a few more days. Just stinks, I had a promo to get free shipping off my first order and used it for that, and now it will be wasted. Oh well. I will take a look at your closet, too! @peacehopelove

I would give it til Weds, then contact posh. I believe they have 5 days to ship. Also, ask them to give you a credit for free shipping. Explain what happened. They are usually good. In the future, ask a question about an item before buying. That way, if they never respond, it is a warning sign. Just a way to gauge a seller. Xo Amy

The cardigan has two holes in it. I thought you were supposed to let poshmark know if there is an issue when you receive the order? Last time I received a damaged item, I left a comment for the seller, and they never bothered to respond. I ended up with an item I could not even use. Sorry, but this is how I thought it was handled...

I would think that if there were holes in it, it would be stated or pictured. It was not. I do not wear clothes with holes, I am sorry. It should have said that, and I would not have purchased. I do not understand why you are upset with me for not wanting a damaged item that I will not use.

@gimps I went to the UPS today its going to be 52$ for me to ship the shoe boxes + other pair of shoes together due to the size of the shipping box. I am not to pay that much. Would you be willing to split up the purchases so I can have to slips and put them in smaller boxes?
