teladena Hi @katherinemb3 I had an unfortunate incident when prepping the dress to ship. I dropped a bottle of body oil on the floor and it splashed everywhere including onto the dress which was hanging on the mannequin as I was preparing to steam it a bit before sending it to you! Smh I have tried to get the oil splatters out all AM but it’s not working very well. I’m so so sorry, this has never happened!!

teladena I don’t want to send it to you in this condition. The splatter is right in the front too and the material of the dress and oil do not match! I wish I could show you just so you could see...ugh what a crazy mishap! I am going to continue to treat it and see if I can at least salvage the dress but in the meantime I am going to cancel your order and refund your money because I can’t send it damaged.
