8izenf @jnyxx_ Hello, the bag is beautiful, even with the scratches, but the handle is so 'flimsy' feeling; like it won't last once things are in it. It has cracks on both ends of handle w/ the right side being bad. I'd keep it if I could get the handle replaced, but not sure how much $. If you have suggestion about what can be done let me know asap before I send it back. I would have responded to you sooner but could not access you from my email; not too convenient. Have a great day.

jnyxx_ @8izenf I understand. The bag is older which is why the handle might seem that way. You could look into your local leather or accessory repair shop and check the prices. If you are still unhappy, definitely feel free to let me know and send the bag back. Thank you!
