puramachin @debbiebyard is the icon that has a bag with a + sign this will add the item to a bundle you are creating, after the first one go back to the closet and see the other items you want to add and do the same, click on the middle icon bag and plus sign and will add the second one, when you add what you want it has a tab in the bundle that says OFFER and you can click and send your offer or wait for the seller to send you the offer

grittygabs @debbiebyard I’m sorry, I’m a bit confused. I received a notification from Poshmark that they had sold. You purchased without making an offer. I packed the boots and I shipped. (They did take some time to reach to you due to COVID and the holiday mail per USPS. But if you are not happy even though you haven’t even seen them, I believe you can message Poshmark to cancel. debbiebyard @grittygabs it took me forever to find this. I made an offer and u refused. I dont know how this happened. I have only purchased a few items from posh ever. I dont know how to cancel an order. tell me how. I just realized its not ups its the post office. I live in a rural area. my box is a mile from my house. if i contact the post office will they send them back t o you? I don't know what to do. I dont want to hurt u.

grittygabs @debbiebyard I understand. I contacted Poshmark and they will do the research. I believe if you go on “my purchases” and go on the item you purchased, you can click on problems/order inquiry, then choose an option. Let me know if this helps.

grittygabs Just to clarify, Poshmark purchases are mailed via the post office (which is USPS). Also, the boots are a true size 10. I purchased before getting surgery on my left foot and now need a size 11, hence why I’m re-selling. They truly are beautiful boots 😊

debbiebyard @grittygabs I am taking the boots back to post office today. they are not my size. I offered $50 for my daughter. where do u want them shipped to? I could take them back and simply refuse acceptance. where do u want me to ship them To? they are not my size. I cant wear them. I have had five surgeries on my feet and need a larger size. I ordered a whole bundle of stuff in error.
