ghappy Hello! I’m so sorry that the eye cream was not right. I purchased it New a couple weeks ago and didn’t bother to open it. I don’t understand what has happened. I’ve put in a request to Fix this with posh. I will refund and you can toss that one. Sorry for the problem. I will talk to my source. I assure you my makeup products are all new and unused.
