Hello there, I wanted to let you know I was really dissapointed with the low rating you left. The desc. reads "NO STRAPS INCLUDED"
low ratings affect sellers status & you would not be able to shop with me again, could you possibly adjust to 4 stars, thank you!

@pinklovecouture the bra itself was in excellent condition...I did not read anywhere that the straps were not included...if I knew that then I could have decided whether I wanted it. There was another offer with one that had straps...I chose yours because I'm familiar with the brand you had.
