jessicamruff Hi, I apologize for your issues with the anthro poncho order. The shipping delay was beyond my control. You Ordered Feb 6 12:31am, which is a Saturday. I dropped it off the morning of Monday, Feb 8. On Feb 11, I The notification that says shipping was delayed. The shipping delays were out of my control. Furthermore, I have used the same box for many orders without issues, so in the future I will use different packaging. I wrapped the poncho in tissue paper, not plastic wrap.

ladygreen23 @jessicamruff Hi, thanks for responding. I understand that shipping is unpredictable right now as Ive received things from further away and faster. I just didn’t expect it to take that long. Yes, The poncho came wrapped in tissue paper inside the box. The outside of the gift box was wrapped in plastic wrap. The box arrived like it was stomped on and chewed up. Lol. I’d love to send you a pic. Maybe a sturdier box/bag would work better next time.
