klebuschkabin You just purchased a purse from me. First, thank you for your purchase. I was wondering, from your comments, if the bag was damaged from what you considered inappropriate packaging. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a box handy that I could have put that purse in. I am sorry you were unhappy with the package. If the purse was not damaged, I am disappointed with your rating. If the purse was damaged, please send it back and I will gladly refund the reduced price you paid for this beautiful bag.

larue1954 @klebuschkabin I’m very happy with my purchase and I really appreciate the discount. There was no damage to the bag. I have experience a bag loosing its shape from shipping in plastic but a box will protect the shape of the bag. Sometime the Post office or UPS can be rough with the package. We were lucky this time. I’m new to Poshmark just trying to understand how this works. No disrespect to you.

tessasnow331 Hi, You just purchased a Susan Graver top that I listed. I was just packaging this item to send out and noticed there was a little bit of pilling in the mid-section. I never noticed it the first time I looked it over or when taking the picture, only when I was folding it and got much closer. I advertised the item as "like new" so I wanted to be completely honest that it is not "like new" and give you the option to back out if you'd like.
