hey there, I noticed that you rated 4 stars out of 5 for seller responsiveness, Packaging and ship time. Your sandals went out to very next day after you place your order , and I thank you for your purchase within the hour of your purchase. in regards to the packaging, each shoe was wrapped in tissue paper with a thank-you sticker, in a sealed plastic bag, within a shipping box .I am very confused as to what the issues were, sorry you wasn't happy with your service.

@u_are_beautiful Sorry about that. I fixed it. It was supposed to be 5 stars. I probably shouldn’t be saying this but I was at a stop light when I was filling it out and took off when the light turned green and hit submit. Everything about your service was absolutely prompt and I’m very happy. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
