vancityposhr I'm so sorry you didnt like the pajamas. I would have accepted a return. They weren't new. I didn't see any flaws, myself. If I did, I wouldn't have sold them. Did you think that they were new? Sorry for any confusion. I would never, intentionally sell an item in poor shape. Poshmark will accept a return if you are not satisfied and the seller agrees to it. Just don't hit the accept order button. I would rather the item be returned, rather than have you unhappy with your purchase.

vancityposhr @deborahrouleau If you are unhappy with a purchase, there is a box on your order on the app, where you can state your grievance with the item received. The vendor can see the complaint and agree to give a full refund, or contest the complaint. Poshmark, then acts as the judge and asks for proof, such as pictures of the item received, etc. If both parties agree to a refund, Poshmark agrees to refund your money.

vancityposhr They email you a shipping label so that you can return the item at no cost to either one of you. I have only had one other complaint and that was because the packaging came loose and the lipsticks broke. But I have had to complain about some items I purchased. Poshmark was great each time as were the vendors. You are pretty protected using this app. I hope this doesn't detract from your experience or from using the app again.
