cassicastillo Hi - Just wanted to check with you....I’m confused why you only gave me 4 stars because of the ship time. You ordered these on October 29 and received them today. That’s only 5 days total and one of those days was a Sunday where there is no mail. I don’t really have any control over how quickly the USPS delivers things. Sorry that you weren’t happier with your purchase.

supermarie Deborah, I have tried to contact you through messages and have been in touch with poshmark customer service. You apparently moved a year ago and your forwarding address has expired. The scarf came back to me because your address on file is incorrect. Poshmark sent me a message that they are also trying to get in touch with you to get your new address. You need to update your address.

supermarie @nelsondeborah06 Deborah, please read the comments I’ve left for you. This is my fifth attempt. The address you have on file with Poshmark is old. I sent the scarf to the address you have on file and it was sent back to me because the address you have on file must have changed over a year ago because the forwarding order with the post office expired. Poshmark has also tried to email you. They told me that if you give them your new address they will issue a new shipping label.

This is an issue you need to take up with Poshmark, instead of giving a one star rating to the seller. Once I shipped your item, it was the responsibility of the USPS and Poshmark. Please contact Poshmark with your situation to come to a solution.
