Hi! I'm Deborah. I’m new to and still trying to learn the ins and outs of Poshmark. I have been in retail for years now…and find myself purchasing a lot more then I need. I have a closet the size of a room filled with shoes and clothes that I have either barely or never worn. When my shelves started collapsing I knew it was time to do something. I started either donating or giving items away to friends and family when I saw a Poshmark commercial and thought “hey I can sell these things and make money”. So this is where I am now. I’m still in the prepping stage, which is taking a while since I do work another job. It’s a work in progress but hopefully worth it. I started my listing process Friday 10/8 21…and made my very first sale the next day…thank you thank you thank you…that was encouraging!

wrightonfashion @wendidee hi I’m still learning but I haven’t been able to find an answer to a question…if I get to the post office and find that my package exceeds 5lbs can I go ahead and pay for additional postage there versus requesting a new label and going back to the office.

wendidee @carolinastylz Hi! Great question. I only sell clothing, so I've never experienced a package that exceeds the allotted weight. Nonetheless, I would request a new label. I try not to work outside of the PM app. Hope that helps some!
