Hi, ran out of comment space on order. I am so so sorry. The one time I make a label mistake the whole house of cards comes down Normally there is very little issue with Posh. We are all befuddled why posh would only send the other buyer a label and not you.

I propose we wait a couple few days or so just in case posh sends you a label. After that I will send you$ to send to her. Endless apologies..item is very very very old, pushing 100, and fragile so I appreciate carefully padded packaging in stiff box. I think what I mailed it in was good. At any time I have more than a hundred boxes in the basement but small ones are hard to come by. We get less and less each day with Amazon moving to sad poly mailers. Thank you

@debpost2 Not sure if you are getting my messages. Please see above for details. You should be able to reply to my messages here so you are not putting public info so easily noticed in a live listing. You can return if you want and I will send$ to reimburse. I thought we were waiting on a label for you to send to other recipient. I know she has contacted posh about the label. I will have to mark live listing you commented on as either not for sale or delete. Posh prohibits any idents in listing

@debpost2 I’m so sorry. I don’t know what the problem is. Though unfortunate, not an uncommon issue which should have been quickly resolved. Thousands of items are mislabeled every year, just never with me until now.. System worked in getting you the order but everything stopped after that. Please double check your spam, junk, trash, email to see if there is a label attachment first so it’s free for you.

@debpost2 They have had a system change in the last several days as well. I think one has a max of 2 weeks to converse post a sale thru the sale thread. Otherwise you can use any other banner or not for sale item to message as long as no names etc

it says; "The order of the other buyer has been cancelled and refunded. Hence there is no need to ship item. You may keep the item or donate it. Rest assured there is no further action required from your end.

@debpost2 Good God No.The order wasn’t cancelled, she is still waiting on the item, checking with me multiple times a day. Please very cautiously wrap it and send, I will reimburse. What a horrible thing for posh to tell the other buyer they sent you a label only for the multiple emails from myself and her requesting labels of Posh for days have gone with little to no response. Ugh.

@debpost2 Positive she didn’t. She’s offered to write you letters and ask you send the item etc etc to which I said I was working with you and for her to not contact a third party. Even if she had she would repurchase. She rrrreally wants the item. It’s very old and rare. It may not look like much to others but it’s a special item. Not expensive, just rare. One can go a lifetime never seeing one.

@debpost2 usps Ground is fine. It includes up to $100x Please provide me the tracking number when u have it. I will watch for it. This lady really wants the item. I have more than 30 messages from her. I am not going to tell her about the alleged cancellation until I have it in my hand to reship to her. So I pay for 2 ships and the $40ish sale goes to my mother n law. A fiasco as you said. Look at all that can happen from one crisis induced error. Apologies

I'm returning the miniature dollhouse glassware set to you today. did you receive a message from Poshmark stating the other buyer has been refunded, I should keep the item, and something to do about the buyer and both our orders?
