miss_rachel_ I'm so sorry that the costume wasn't in perfect condition. I wish you would have contacted me and I would have done anything to make sure you were100% satisfied no matter what the request. It has been worn once, cleaned, and left in a hanging bag cover so I'm not sure how or why it was stated that it wasn't clean.

miss_rachel_ I had exactly 20 minutes to get the 60$ costume that you got for an excellent price to the post office...which included wrapping it nice, writing a note, putting in multiple free gifts, printing a label, and wrapping the entire box. You purchased it right before the post office closed and I had to rush to get it there.

miss_rachel_ I answered within a minute of your comments and answered every single question. I even Googled the direct phone number and took the time to call to see when your package would arrive because you needed it ASAP. I hope you enjoyed all of your free gifts at least. debrashield Not sure why only 3 stars were selected. I had selected 5 stars. I always give good feedback. And I know you worked hard to get it to me. Sorry for any confusion. I edited the rating. The costume did have some stains on inside but I washed and they came right out. Not a big deal!

miss_rachel_ Thank you so much. That means more to me than you know. I don't care if this is just an app, I was devastated! I am so sorry about the stains. I would have done everything to make it right. I put it in there so fast, that I didn't even have a chance to look at it. The last time I looked at it though, it was perfect. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to make sure you are 100% satisfied!
