I lowered the prices but do not understand bundling so wonder if that needs to be explained on my end. appreciate the support as I want to do a great job and would love to sell more items. I have tried to see the items I love and follow those sellers so thought I was doing ok with that but if you notice anything...let me know :)

katzkoz @modelchair Hi Debra , sorry so late to respond but sometimes we dont get to answer until a day later if we're not on at that moment. U have a lot of really cute & expensive items which will sell well. It takes a bit to develop Followers or a following so others can see all U have. So the best way to do that is not only "Share" other closets but Ur OWN as well. That way U get Ur items "OUT THERE!" BUNDLES R just 2+ items sold in 1 pkg to get 1 shipping price.

katzkoz @modelchair BUNDLES R created with 2 or more items for one shipping price. They can add to their bundle by clicking on Add to Bundle. When it comes time to check out the discount is automatically figured out & U dont do a thing. Creating a "Separate" bundle is different & involves making one listing w/others w/an agreed sale price between U & the buyer. If U need help on one, if it comes up...just grab one of us. Set Ur bundle discount where it says MY SELLER DISCOUNT. Usually 2+ items 10-15%

modelchair @katzkoz I have someone who bought the perfume item claiming that I deceived by the angle I photographed. I wrote back that I did not do that and that the perfume was in the last photo which she claimed was blurry and suspiciously photographed! I take offense as I am trying to do good and would not have done such. I said she could have asked me to take another picture and I am sorry she is disappointed. It was a $10 item. can you advise me?

katzkoz @modelchair Yes..... U're going to get this. Believe me. I know! Especially if she's a new Posher & hasn't bought anything...especially on $10 items or around that. It happens. U're still relatively new & it just happens. I know U're upset & its not fair but some people R like that...cant satisfy them for NOTHING! U can reason w/her but really, the angle has nothing to do w/it! Probably wanted it for free!

katzkoz @modelchair She may give U a low rating but the only person that sees that is YOU. We wont see it...ONLY 4.9-5.0.MAYBE! So no worries. The more items U sell, it will change Ur rating. U can tell her to start a dispute & leave it up to Posh to decide. Ull have to submit photos. And....Posh is VERY fair!

I guess it will happen but I am more offended by her suggestion that I suspiciously did this-on purpose. I am not that way so took that to heart. I asked her what she wanted to do. Can I take the return back? I wrote to info@poshmark to see what they say. sought your advice being a seasoned posher. you are the best!

katzkoz @modelchair I could tell U stories....heehee.. But, its going to happen even tho its not fair. Even if U get a dispute from selling one if Ur things, Posh takes everything into consideration ; pics, description, etc... Sometimes BOTH parties win. Both get the $$. Happened to me. Just walk away from the computer, shake Ur head, have a glass of wine and....whine to the dog, cat, fish... Ah...Ur sweet. Glad to help! I love Posh!

katzkoz @modelchair Oh.....if U decide to take the perfume back, that's up to U but she should have not accepted it then. I wouldn't take it back. Tell her to start the dispute to get her $$$ back. If Ure pics for the description and U were honest...no worries. She can open a dispute & see what happens

katzkoz @modelchair Yep....I got 1 star on a NEW Vera Bradley. She only sold them in her closet & I guess wanted a cheap one (I was new) and resell it. Nothing I could do. I blocked her. U should do the same. Some start verbal comments back & forth & it only discredits Ur professionalism when U do that. Let it GO. Move on...walk away from the computer a bit and kiss Ur cat....dog...ICE CREAM!! THAT'S IT! ICEEEE CREEEAAAMM

modelchair @katzkoz wanted to ask about a potential buyer of mine who asked me to contact via email regarding one of items. I did and said I had just listed so not yet lower price as it was on for 5 hours. just got an email back thanking me for writing but that they want me to hold the dress and they will come in person to get it as she is away blah blah I wish to write that she can buy it and I will hold it until she says right? why all this behind the scene...not good correct? need advice

katzkoz @modelchair Yea....we've been getting a lot of those. I actually had a listing warning Poshers about it. But Posh had to delete it....not in Posh compliant rules. It a scam. They're actually giving U the run around Never reply to emails unless U or others Poshers know or have been doing business with them What U need to do is go to their closet, at the top right there R 3 little buttons. Click on it & REPORT & BLOCK Ull see more. Do the same thing.

modelchair @katzkoz I am about to scream! as my PM mentor I need to run by the past 2 cases opened by a buyer on me. PM is blatently being prejudicial towards me. I sold Givenchy shoes and said they had peeling. The buyer stated that I did not describe correct-I get the shoes back and they had been worn and destroyed. I took pictures sent.they ruled in the buyers favor.

katzkoz @modelchair Yea...usually Posh has a difficult position to play. It's happened to me too. To most all of us. It's just part of selling on line. So, don't feel singled out. In the case of the shoes...mine was a Coach Bag. Same situation. I'll tell U what I did & maybe U should too. Make a stink about it to Posh! Tell them and show them Ur evidence.

katzkoz @modelchair One thing for R sure....U ought to be glad they opened a case instead of rate U! I know that sounds horse but ratings do count to Buyers. She wasn't able to rate U. But, the money is a loss. It happens. What Posh did for me, after such a stink, is give me a credit in my account. On another, Posh decided we were both right on a waist Trainer and reimburse BOTH of us. THEN, I made sure all descriptions were accurate.

katzkoz @modelchair Another thing is always CYAN! Cover Your A! I put at the end of every listing (& U may want to too) "Please See All Pics. Ask ? If Ur Not Sure"! Saves A LOT of that nonsense going on. I need to run to the store but I'll answer on Ur other. Believe me, I know Ur hot! But, it's happened to all of us.

katzkoz @modelchair Well...that's why it's REALLY important to take the time & put "TOO" much info in Ur listing. Like, if U have a pair of Size 6 pants..,don't just list what it says 6/27...take a tape & measure it flat. Etc. Write APPROX MEAS; I'VE LEARNED! U , like I told someone yesterday (rated he a 3...then changed it to a "1"!)...ya just have to walk away from the computer for awhile. Go on to the next one. It's not easy selling on line. U deal with ALot!

katzkoz @modelchair. Hi...if she sent it to Posh then Posh will decide. So what U need to do is "screen shot" the convo between U and her and write an email to Posh what she wants to do. But...do U remember a green spot? Thats why I photo every buy before it goes in the box. U have to do that. Anyway....why $16.50? She could clean it for less. Maybe better to get it back?

katzkoz @modelchair. Good morning...I went to sleep last nite early. If U have a iphone or android phone, loom up on google how to screen shot. Every phone is different. Mine...I hold the top right button and the left button AT THE SAME TIME and it will take a screen shot. It will show up in PHOTOS

Look it up on google or Utube. Its easy but hard to explain without showing. I looked at Ur coat and saw no green.

katzkoz @modelchair. Hey...tgats no joke. Just had a case open on a brand new LRL white hacket. She said stained around neck Posh approved. I got it back VIDEO'd me opening the return, zoomed in on neckline and said "WHERE R THE STAINS??" Sent it to Posh to reconsider. I got my money! So, even if U get it back VIDEO it and take pics. U can dispute it if there is no green...or if U think she put it there

Things like Zipper working, lining, bottoms of hems, seams, armpit seams (thats a big one) As much as I hate to say it, some people R dishonest but 99% are terrific. Gotta go....feeding my brothers cats while he's on vacay. Its pouring rain...eeccchh!
