debby4144 I’m not super familiar with poshmark- but was under the impression that payment was released upon the buyer receiving the item. Maybe I’m wrong. It definitely shows purchased and no indication of a problem.

debby4144 Can you please also reach out to poshmark to inquire. I confirmed there is no issue with my payment. I’m still waiting on a response from them. However as I said- they don’t send the item to my purchased file until the funds are confirmed and held for you.

debby4144 @huigao considering there is no issue with my payment information and everything on my end cleared- it would appear this is a poshmark issue. As I said I still want the necklace. The email confirmation of them receiving my inquiry stated they are switching over their customer service system and it could take 48 hours.

huigao We'll list it on eBay and you can buy it there if you want. We're not that familiar with Poshmark and they don't respond to our questions. They may be reputable but by not responding to our questions I don't feel comfortable with them.

debby4144 @huigao it says pending until I receive the item and then the funds get released to you. That’s to protect both parties. That’s how poshmark does it. As I said earlier. That fact is probably written in the poshmark seller guide that you can access.

debby4144 @huigao I see that you cancelled the transaction. I will be reporting you to poshmark at this point. Appears that you agreed to a specific price and then changed your mind. Then made up an issue with the payment that clearly did not exist. If you don’t like the percentage poshmark takes then you should use it to post items.
