@bestdressed995 They did!! I’m speaking to support now!! I have to buy a new box and tape and wrap to send it back!! Which will cost me money… I buy not sell at all. I received 4 packages yesterday!! I have never returned and most certainly never received an item I didn’t buy!! This is not fair to me at all!!

@bestdressed995 They insist I must go to the expense to send this package back to you even tho you were in the wrong. I only get my money back that way. I have no recourse other than that. You refuse to tell me why the cup I ordered was not sent so I feel like the best thing for me to do is donate the cup to my local homeless shelter and then leave a very detailed review about what happened to me when I ordered from you and how it’s been handled in order for other buyers to beware.

Hi Debra, I just checked. Posh approved return. There should Label in your mail as per Poshmark Customer Service.
Posh provides a “return label” for an approved return. Your return was approved.
Please look again in your mail.
If it was accidentially deleted, you can contact Posh Support and they will send it again.

Once Poshmark sees the tracking made it back, they will release your money back. Unfortunately, Posh uses AI for their Customer Service first and can be hard to understandand/or does not directly answer your question.
