I just posted the pair - the ribbon is a medium dark brown. The shoes have a lovely pattern that’s easy to miss in these quick photos- I’m not very good with my iPhone! The heel is slightly over 3.5”

@smaroulis That’s what my question was going to be!!!! OMG! I received a box (SMH) that I can still smell it!!!!! So unless it’s stated, it could possibly come from a home not smoke free? I wanted to stress how important that was to me from your packages!!!! I’m not sure how I should rate it because (SMH) of that.

@deebattle05 you can contact Poshmark to issue a return. You can’t return something because you changed your mind, or it didn’t fit- but if something smells? Yes. I’d contact the seller & see what their attitude is. They should offer to take it back. That would influence your review- or hold off till your refund is processed. I have many allergies & asthma- i can’t even burn candles in my home- so it’s a big deal

I was looking at something on a sellers site stating she had 5 dogs. If you are allergic- that’s a problem! Or if it smells! Ewww- I would definitely contact Poshmark- if they say they won’t process a refund- then I’d reflect that in your review- so other buyers know 👌

@smaroulis Thank you so much for the information!!!! Not trying to be funny, I put put “them” in my spare bathroom; which now smells like cigarettes. I just put them outside and the note included was worse! It’s definitely been a learning experience and will definitely ASK from now on. I don’t want to give a bad review, but Im going to request a refund. You’ve been most helpful!
