psycholeopard Hi! I am such an idiot. It turns out that the gray cardy Ugg boots you got from me are actually a size 9, not a 10. The size 10 are unfortunately out of stock. Should I just cancel the order? Or, I can ship something else from the shop, or, size 9 if you think you could use them. Please let me know. I wouldn't mind trying the 9, if you were ok taking them back if they didnt fit? I can wear anywhere between a 9 and 10. Let me know what you think?

psycholeopard @undertheflsun Yes, I had two pairs of the gray and I also still have a pair of the Ugg black ones. I can definitely send the size 9, and take them back if they don't fit. As the material is stretchy, like a sweater, I think there's a good chance that they might fit. Fingers crossed!

Also, when i purchased this jacket i had also bought one for my daughter. She loves it. She just asked me to inform you that she personally does not recommend using bleach when cleaning it. the jacket has a protective stain resistant coating. So. spills, dust or any kind of smudge can be just wiped off.!💖

undertheflsun @gracoland I would reach out to them again as they are the only ones that can do anything. I just tracked it and it shows that it was delivered to a mailbox in NY on 9-8-20 @ 12:45pm. I hope they get back with you. In the meantime I would ask your neighbors to see if they might have received it by mistake as this has happened to me before.

This has never happened to me, and I am embarrassed to say the least. You probably will receive her item, which is a J.Jill skirt. Please let me know when you receive your package, and file a claim that you got the wrong item. I’m not sure how Poshmark will tell me to fix the problem. Again I apologize. Phyllis
