atlshoestudio @debrapeterson73 And the customer have been explained what caused the mishap . You are not right to open the package talk about the item but you still have it. If it’s that bad why haven’t you sent it back as a person who knows that a mistake was made and was asked to refuse it or drop it back at the post office. It wouldn’t have cost you anything.
