theexecol @dizzygrit You should recieve your white sandals tomorrow or Friday, However when we went to ship the blue ones they said size 10 and must of been size 8. We tried to contact you about trading this out. We had no response and went ahead and sent you a gray pair that in in the Cheeks style but more expensive. These you can change out the strapes. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THESE, WE WILL PAY RETURN SHIPPING. Thanks again.

dizzygrit @theexecol I sent a message I hope it got you regarding this replacement sandal you sent out for the Navy ones I ordered I'm not interested in another brand but I don't know how to return them since I cannot get out to the post office

dizzygrit @theexecol the tracking says they would delivered but I have yet to leave the apartment to check my mailbox I don't go out until after midnight when no one's around

dizzygrit @theexecol I retrieved them from the mailbox and I opened them just in case they did work but they will not work they run small for a 10 compared to the health sandals and they're too heavy for me with my arthritis please send a return label and I'll print it out and return as soon as I can get to the post office :-(

theexecol @dizzygrit The way posh is set up. you file a Return and they will issue a return label. The mail carrier should pick it up at your house. I apologize for the inconvenience.

dizzygrit @theexecol this is extremely inconvenient you had no right to send a replacement without my authorization. I don't even see this navy blue cheeks on my purchase list because it was bought not thru the app.

theexecol If by chance, you cant get it figured out with Posh, I will just go ahead and send your money back via mail. I really hate this happened. This shoe is alot more expensive than the Regular Cheeks. Please don't worry, you will get your money back. Let me k ow by Monday and your check will be in the mail.
