staceyanne70 Sorry if box was open but trust me it was secured down the middle with tape and on sides. So if was opened then USPS did the damage. Not me. I actually was given heck by the mail person bc tape was on the label. And not sure what box would expect it to be in besides a brown box. I never get orders from here in a new box. A little harsh.

staceyanne70 Package was good when it left my hands. Maybe talk to your carrier. I always get 5 stars prior to you. Should have been more appropriate grade bc the product was almost new. Hope you are kinder to others.

jackielee255 Hi Debra, The zipper works fine . I guess I should put that in the listing. The zipper is only 3 inches long since they are a low rise. This was one of my early listings and I probably should have noted that also. There is a lot to learn on here, I just started selling on here in September .I am glad you asked . luvzleatherz @staceyanne70 just so you know, the sandals you sold me that were listed as size 8 are actually marked a size 9. My misfortune, I should have tried them on when I received them.

staceyanne70 @luvzleatherz not to say you aren’t correct but that seems impossible as I wear an 7.5 or 8 depending on fit. If it says 9 then perhaps a manufacturer misprint. I wore them 2 or 3 times. I would never be able to wear a 9. And I certainly wouldn’t have sold them saying they were an 8 if they were a 9. Sorry this seems to have happened to you. I only have your word to go on. I can assure you I would never have sold or worn a 9.

luvzleatherz @staceyanne70 This mess seems to be getting even crazier. As I was taking a photo of the sandals I notices the left one is a size 9/40 and the right is a size 8/39. When I have them both on you CAN see the difference.This is actually a little upsetting because I can't and won't even try to resale at this point.
