I was actually very surprised by your comment because the bag is brand new and I didn’t notice any scratches when packing it (of course, I’m not saying I couldn’t have missed it). I guess something could have happened during packing. I apologize and will take it back if you’re not satisfied. Thank you!

debradebra98 @thedailyglam Oh it is ok. I would send you a picture but I took it to get it repaired. But now that I think of it, the box was opened/ripped on the side but I did not think anything of it because the thank you bag was not torn. Maybe something rubbed up against it in transit. Thanks for asking if I wanted to return it. The bag is beautiful and just the color I wanted. No worries. Thanks for everything!!
