shopcaterina Before opening a claim I would have appreciated if you tried reaching out to me first as I have perfect reviews. I do not want the duvet cover back now. Please do not ship to me since It’s been opened and it’s not brand new anymore, especially since we are in a pandemic. I listed item at it was listed on package, which you can read yourself on the package slip. The price it was sold at was generous as well this was unnecessary.

debra27516 I admit I am confused about this process. I paid your advertised price for a duvet set. I received the duvet cover, but not the 2 shams and bedskirt. I asked if those items were shipping separately before accepting the delivery. In response Poshmark has sent me a shipping label, but you're saying not to return it because of the pandemic. I'm not sure what to do.

debra27516 @shopcaterina I admit I am confused about this transaction. I paid your advertised price for a duvet set. I received a duvet cover, but not the 2 shams and bedskirt included in your listing. I clicked on "Inquiry" and asked if those items were shipping separately before accepting the delivery. Poshmark sent me a return shipping label. Then you told me not to return the duvet cover because I had unzipped the package and because we're experiencing a pandemic. I am still confuaed.
