Dear D,
Posh has a limit to how early I can print the shipping label.
It's 3 hours after the purchase is completed.
Your purchase hit the 3 hour minimum just as the Mailman parked for the scheduled pick up.
Thank you for your message last night. I prepped with fingers crossed, just in case.
Thank goodness for the hard working postal service - he arrived as I was putting on the label.

@boutiquelane It’s weird to me that you didn’t ship it out right away when I needed it also the top of the lid is ripped so why would you not be able to notice that you were sending the wrong one I’m not opening a case over a tube of lipstick forget it

@livetoshop898 like I said I have large inventory I made a mistake yes open case they send you a shipping label and when it’s my error I let customers keep the one I sent. Why not if it’s not what you ordered instead of calling g people rude immediately. U should get what you ordered. No need doe name calling or insults rude please it was not intentional. We need pest in this world people to angry!

Hi, I wanted to find out when I'm going to receiving my order. I ordered the set of Shrugs on March 30, and you marked it shipped but nothing has been scanned at the post office. I need them for an event this weekend. If I will not receive them in time I will have to cancel the order. I ordered them because it said 1 day avg shipping time. Please advise, thanks.

@cruisemonkey I just saw another post you had said it shows delivered but I can’t send you screenshots of anything because they don’t allow that. Let me give you the tracking number I will get back to you in a few seconds I got to get the tracking number that you can get it to the post office. You should be able to go in and find the ordered it should give you a tracking number let me know if you can find it

At my post office sometimes the postal workers put my package is another PO boxes or in lockers or whatever and I lose them I’m not sure if you’re post office is rural or if it’s city but this is the tracking number let me know if you find it

@livetoshop898 I think you may be confusing my order with someone else's order. I just checked the tracking number you gave and it was delivered in April 2, 2022 in FREDERICKSBURG, VA 22405. I live in Chandler AZ. When I look at my order it says you marked it shipped but there is no further update and there is no tracking number. Did you by chance happen to send my item to the wrong buyer perhaps?

@cruisemonkey I can’t control what you see on your end I only know what I see on my end you need to go back to the post office and show them your tracking number. I show that day that I sent out for packages and all three of the other ones I have been delivered and confirmed yours went to the right address

I just read your other paragraph and I did send it to Fressburg Virginia I’m gonna get on and see why the label had me send it there because you have to have a label in order to even send the package and other the other three packages got where they were going this is so weird
