awthentikluxury Hey Debra! I hope this finds you well. It appears the package has arrived, however, you will notice the item is not the Hermes agenda cover you ordered. The labels for your order and another were mixed when packaging. The LV wallet is for another customer who received your item. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and confusion on my end. awthentikluxury @debrajean2561 Since the item was rated I’m not sure what can be done through Poshmark. It was an honest mistake that hasn’t happened before. I will have the Hermes agenda back in a few days and can send. Are you able to send the wallet back to the return address on the label? I’m so sorry for the confusion!!
