gailbrickhouse Hi, I am truly shocked by your experience. I have always received 5 stars. People have even tried to give 6 and 7 stars. You mentioned cleanliness, that pj was brand new never worn, you can tell by the tag inside. You also had the option to send it back if you weren't satisfied. But to show hate, wasn't very nice. Never the less, I will keep your name and make sure not to disappoint you again. I am truly a blessed person, and like to be a blessing. I apologize for your disappointment.

dedralbirch @gailbrickhouse I am sorry that I'm just now seeing this, but it was based off of my experience. There was no tags on the set, the label/size tag had been colored in with a marker, and it smelled like it had been worn. Not saying it was a good scent or bad scent. It just smelled like it had been worn. My intentions were not to offend you. Yes, I had the option to return, but I decided that I didn't want the hassle of doing a return. Things happen.

gailbrickhouse No worries, its behind us now. I can assure you, it had NEVER, been worn. If it had been laundered you would have been able to tell from the inside tags. Never the less I have since received another 5 stars. Again I apologize for your experience and I can assure you it has been so noted.

dedralbirch P.S. The review was based off of my experience. For you to try and chastise me for telling the truth about an item I ordered, and accuse me of being hateful, that wasn't very nice.You could've sent me a private message and asked me what the problem was?

gailbrickhouse @dedralbirch Sorry, I dont know how to send a msg privately. I dont think I said anything hateful. As I explained I was totally shocked. I have no reason but to be honest. There are items new with tags and items that have never been worn and are still considered new. I am not throwing shade, just stating the truth. However I want your experience to be satisfying and I want the same for myself. For that reason, I made a note of the issue to ensure it doesn't happen again.
