@dd0802 hi! I saw you were looking at a blue ombré dress in sfarhood's closet. Just FYI, I have purchased this dress before from her, I'd say close to last July. There is a chunk of material missing from the bottom and a "chalk line" that's not "wipeable". (You can see our discussion about it on my "meet your posher" listing) posh allowed me to send it back to her and refund me. So this dress was misrepresented. Just wanted to let you know! :)

@puppylove8 The hard part is finding time. I normally work 8AM - 8PM - although I don't know how much longer I can keep this up! Maybe I'll retire and sell all my "retail therapy" items online! I actually do have a small business making jewelry, but I haven't even had time to create any new pieces in the last year.

Hi Dee, I have bad news, I have contacted the usps and have a case opened up. Three packages went out on Monday. Oct. 16, yours was one of ones missing sad to say. I have contacted Poshmark about this situation. Hopefully this will be resolved very soon. 👸👑🌹

Hi there, I opened a case to USPS case #ca135139261. I’m very concerned, they told me I should here from them by Tues morn concerning the now 4 packages that are missing in their system. It’s is a worrisome situation, I hope it will have a happy ending. I have contacted Poshmark. I have excellent ratings and known for fast shipping and now I’m on pins and needles hoping to hear positive news.

@dd0802 Hi Dee, I’ve been real depressed over this, my zip code is 30045 and those packages went through the Lawrenceville Ga. Annex. It is now 4 packages and I even called the postal fraud department and they said I have to give the Lawrenceville annex until Tuesday morning. From now on I have to physically watch my postman scan the boxes prior to leaving from picking up at my home. I’ve been selling on Posh over 3 years and never had this happen before

That's all my USPS tracking shows too - the shipping label was created on Oct. 15th and scanned to be delivered to me, so I know you shipped it. It just disappeared somewhere in or after LAWRENCEVILLE,GA. And don't be depressed, it's just stuff and stuff is replaceable. And it's insured. And if I don't get it, I'm not going to be upset or anything!

@dd0802 I had transvaginal mesh implanted in 2008 for prolapse bladder and vaginal wall. Propylene is poisonous in human bodies. I wasn’t told this. The response is foreign body rejection response. I’m battling several autoimmune diseases, internal bleeding, chronic inflammation that caused a thoracic aneurysm.
I get weaker and sicker by the day it seems lately. Trying to raise money to see one of the 5 surgeons in the world that can remove this meant to be permanent implant.

@obindee The doctor put it in you knowing it was poisonous? Or did they find this out after they had implanted a bunch of them? This sounds like something the doctor's insurance company should be paying for! I am so sorry to hear about this happening to such a nice person - or anyone for that matter. I hope the Propylene implant is illegal now!

They knew, the FDA 3 months before my surgery racing to a higher risk implant only to be used in emergency situations. If you Google 60 Minutes they did a show on Mother’s Day about the smuggling in of plastic from China after the makers found out they are putting it in human bodies also I did an interview with OPP your Portland or 24th you can Google that and it’s called living out loud and hear my interview

@dd0802 believe or not they are still using it under a different name. There’s a lot of profit for doctors and big pharmaceutical companies. Johnson & Johnson knew the risks. It is one of the biggest medical scandals to hit all countries since the morning sickness pill in the 70’s that left babies born with deformities. They’ve tried to keep it hush and all of us had to sign gag orders. Now there is a huge mesh awareness community, pushing for restitution. Same mesh used in hernia repair.

@obindee That is so screwed! I hope you get the restitution, but more importantly I hope you get that stuff out of you and get better. So many of my friends and people I meet online are either very sick or dead. I got diagnosed with cancer about 6 months ago, but I don't feel sick yet. Just tired after working all day! Her husband is Mexican from Chapas. His family makes the belts and other items. She gives it to me is why I can sell it cheap like this. Those belt normally sell in her flea market store for $45. They also sell in an open market in Chapas where his family makes the belts

@memethib We didn't have a car, so we just stayed in town and walked everywhere. I got a lot of exercise on that trip. But all the shops were either really expensive or had really cheep tourist stuff that all looked the same. Maybe if I get back down there I will check out the places farther away from the city.

@blackgotit Hi! It's exactly the same. It's packed up in a box in my closet. I was going to figure out how to use a cell phone to make a listing because I've never done that before, and I'm really not good with cell phones. I do everything on my laptop, but the only way to set up a Poshmark listing is with a cell phone!

@gahcloset Hi, I'm not sure about the cast - probably another 3 - 4 weeks. I was walking out to get the mail (about a half block away) and I tripped over the drop from the pavement to the gravel (about a 2" drop) turning my right foot sideways (breaking the bone on the outside) and breaking my fall with my left knee and left palm (lots of skin loss). I go in for another x-ray next week to see how well the foot is healing. Wish me luck!

@gahcloset Thanks for the prayers! No, I can't drive with this thing on. But I work from home, and I have a friend who's car quit running and she can't afford a new one, so I let her use my car as long as she will take me to appointments and cook dinner for me at least once a week. It's a win-win situation! I'll keep you posted. The only thing I really can't do very well yet is to take showers and wash my hair, but I'm the only one here to notice!

@dd0802 How far up is your cast? Up to the Knee? You could try putting a garbage bag over the cast and get some large rubber bands to keep water out of the cast. I did that when I broke my ankle. It felt so great to get a shower. Also they sell a dry shampoo. I have never used it but they say it works pretty good

@gahcloset The garbage bag works, it's just really hard to balance because I'm not supposed to put any weight on it. I got a little stool to sit on too. But its hard to get used to, and I'm lazy to begin with, so I'm putting it off for a while!!

@usedlikenew I like the profile picture! So, what size and shape is the paperweight? Is it stamped with GES and the year?
GES normally creates their paperweights in bulk and they all look the same. I prefer OOAK pieces so I don't usually shop there! The paperweights that have imperfections don't get stamped (so they can't be returned) and they wind up in the sidewalk sale, going for around $5 - $15 depending on their size and weight.

@usedlikenew I've made paperweights and it's actually pretty easy to create the basic ones. One of the hardest parts would be adding a signature. That's why I don't like to purchase unsigned pieces - unless I fall in love with the design of course!

@dd0802 well I’ve seen this particular one in 3 selling markets one on here one on ebay and one on Etsy. I believe it’s 1995 or 1996 but all three sellers are looking for over $250 a piece. I mean I buy marbles and I can get dichroic 2-3” marbles with much more intricate and impressive designs then that. I am going up load the Chris Steffens paperweights I purchased which got me ok this Kick to begin with

@usedlikenew I think I found the one on eBay. It's signed GES (?)6 and it's 3" in diameter. Personally, I think the price should be closer to $100 - $150. But if this is an 06 (instead of 96) it could be more expensive. You could contact GES and see if they have one that isn't signed if you really like it. But I wouldn't recommend paying over $300 - unless you can't live without it!

@lockedhalo Hey stranger! It's definitely crazy - and scary. I've actually been in isolation since the middle of December, when I got sick in Mexico, so I'm used to it by now. But it sucks! And I'm at high risk (according to my doctors) from being sick for so long, so I have to be really careful all the time. I read that there should be a vaccine available sometime in 2021!

@dd0802 This is such an uncertain time. Like something out of a bad sci-fi novel. We were lucky to make it out of Thailand; they basically closed the airport behind us. @lockedhalo I don't think I'll ever go back to Mexico. That trip actually changed my feelings about traveling out of the country - I'm fine with being home in one piece for now. Which is good considering I'm stuck here! You're right, this is like the Sci-fi books and movies, but not as bad, at least not yet. I watched a documentary last week ("The Coming Pandemic" made in 2005) that warned us about this and now it's happening!

Dee, I am so sorry that you are disappointed with your top. I apologize for not mentioning it is see-thru. I can understand your complaint completely! I would have felt the same. Although not sure why you expected a sweater?? Either way it doesn't really matter. It is SO important to me for my customers to be comfortable when dealing with my store. Hi Dee, I saw a spot on the Columbia top while pressing it. So I washed it only to have more spots appear. Please see photos in "COPY" of this listing (as once sold no edits are possible).
I'm so sorry!!! There must be a problem with my washer.
Never the less, since I have NOT YET shipped your bundle you can cancel it & add the other two items to a new bundle.
I will continue to look into this & hopefully be able to get the marks out. Again my apologies, I'm very frustrated over this.

You asked what I thought about the grn top. To be honest, I don't think you would like the fit. I'm a Sz M & I personally wouldn't want it any tighter. It's supposed to fit oversized and on me it wasn't.
Please don't feel like you have to replace the top I removed.
