jsrgh1953 Hi there, I just received the Joseph A. Banks black mock turtleneck Large sweater. I’m sure you didn’t mean to send with imperfections…there’s a hole in the left sleeve. I washed by hand thinking my husband might wear it anyway with a jacket. After washing by hand there was a hole in the front near the neck and in the back as well. I’m not sure what to do, I’ve never left negative feedback and don’t want to now. Do you have any suggestions? I’ll try to send photos tomorrow. Thanks.

We can open a case with Poshmark to request a return label and refund. I will send you a message in the sale and you can post your pictures there and request a refund through Poshmark.
