double_k Hi Dee - thanks for reaching out. I sent your coat at my own cost and I'm going to cancel your order so you can get your funds back from Posh. In the pkg I put a note explaining that there were defects we didn't notice when we took it in on consignment and it was not right to charge you the full price. That's not the way we do business & we want satisfied customers. We hope you will accept our apology & will donate the coat if it doesn't work at all for you with the flaws.
