ddibuono @sheilarae71 Aww thank you Sheila! You made my day! Fibromyalgia is no joke. I have a couple friends that have it and yes, yoga should help. Try a few places out and find a true certified yoga teacher you connect with,. You want to leave there feeling like you can’t wait to go back 😀 also, it sounds kooky, but try a Reiki session or two. It unblocks our yucky stuff that hangs out in our bodies, trauma, pain, and balances our chakras. I swear by it.

sheilarae71 @ddibuono Thanks I do all my workouts and yoga at home :) I am an hour from town and so do mostly Beachbody on Demand or my own stuff. I did try Reiki and got no help at all. I also tried acupuncture and cupping - no help. My body is fickle 😂
