I always had birds too.. big & small parrots My last one passed in January I had him (sushi) for almost 15yrs he was a Quaker & smarter than most kids I know lol 2 weeks ago I rescued 3 tiny starlings.. Almost dead 1 passed & the other 2 are growing so fast I’m hoping to be able to release them☺️

dees_1986 @pepesposhcloset my bird who passed last year was a Quaker! Her name was Amelia. We currently have 4 Diamond doves, started with 2, they had 2 babies last month. ....and Have 2more eggs right now....aaahhhh! I lovebirds, messy yet their songs are relaxing (although Amelia used to love to just squawk and scream lmao). You really are a kindred animal loving soul!😙

dees_1986 @zardiva1 correct. Our diamond dove couple had babies. And then my aunt gave us her parakeet after its friend passed away, so that it wouldn't be lonely and could at least hear other birds. But then I went to Petco to get a friend for it. And went home with 2 more because I noticed there was one with a messed up leg. (That bird is now healthy. And all 3 parakeets are buddies💕)
