itassou18 Hi there I’m not really sure how to communicate with the seller on poshmark. I don’t use the app too often. Anyways about a week ago I received a pair of sunglasses from your site, a pair of rayban signets in gold. Lovely looking pair of sunglasses and I received them quickly. Only problem is they don’t fit my head properly and squeeze the sides of my head. My family owns a business and I work there full time as well as taking college classes full time. So my free time is a tad limited

tweekages @itassou18 I am so sorry that the sunglasses don’t fit. I want all of my buyers to be completely happy with their purchase. I believe it is Posh policy that the only reason for returns is if the item received is not as described. I am so sorry but I am unable to accept returns. I have also purchased items on Posh that I was unable to wear because it didn’t fit and I simply placed them back on Posh. I’m sure you could receive more for the sunglasses than you paid. Google the cost. Thanks, Dee
