Hi Dee, in packing your bag I discovered a dark line across the top. In trying to clean it that area is now lighter. Would you like to cancel your order? Dee why do you see the need to continue to make remarks regarding our tranaction. I explained what happened in trying to clean the bag. You insisted I send it. I asked that you choose something else for free and I included the shoes. I did over and beyond.You made all the decisions. I am the one that lost money. You rated me 2 stars for my efforts. Now 2 weeks later you write the same comments with the same 2 stars. What are you trying to accomplish??? Please DO NOT visit my closet again?
